Just finished a full day of cleaning up my computer after being hacked 2 x in one month. Please be careful and don't let people con you into thinking they are helping you. I lost everthing, luckily I changed my important things immediately when I realized how bad it was.  Going on, I am exhilarated now that I have my blogs back. Here is a little bit of fun with a butterfly.

Yesterday I spend most of the day making cards. I had a great day. Gotta love Tim Holtz. His ideas and his alcohol and distress inks may every card great. You hardly ever make a mistake (of course I on the other hand don't know what not m). Here are some of the cards that I worked on. The first one(yellow-green) was made to look lik a summer water fall. The butterfly is my favorite and the white one is a one-layer card for Hero Arts contest. I hope you like these, there will be more coming soon.

Today I spent most of my day making an art journal page. I am not an artist but I had this overwhelming anxiety about doing this art journal. It didn't come out too bad but it shows that I need a lot of help and a lot more medium to create this book. Hope everyone had a very happy 4th of July and all were safe.

My quote today is from a Hampton Arts stamp:  Art washes away from the Soul the dust of everyday life. Be back tomorrow. Mimu
Hi everyone,
I have decided to share my cards on on Hero Arts One Layer Challenge. I only have two ready and I hope you like them. This challenge was fun for me. I have not done one layer cards in several years so it was hard to figure out where to put the main focus. Anyway, I will have them posted here today. My quote for the day is: Do onto others as you would have others do onto you. Happy Stampin'

In Cards for all reasons I am posting cards from my clubs and our local Shepherds Center for people from 50 years old and older. We have classes there most days of the week, but I teach on Tuesday and Thursday. On Tuesday I teach beginning sewing techniques for the people who want to know a little bit about quilting. On Thursday I teach Creative Stamping. We do advanced stamping techniques. I usually have about 10 people signed up and we have a very good time. The classes run 2 hours usually from 10:00am until 12:00 noon. If you live in Sumter, check us out. If not, check out your local Shepherds Center or the adult community groups,
